President Javier Milei stated that he must report to 47.5 million Argentines, not to 'three or four scoundrels from the red circle who lived by impoverishing Argentina.' In his address, the President again referred to the course of his administration and the commitment he said he made to voters. 'We do not want to see more inflation in Argentina,' he affirmed, emphasizing that economic decisions aim to solidify this course. Milei also criticized sectors of the economic and political power that, in his view, resist the official program. In line with this, he said his political continuity will depend on the results he achieves during his term. Before the audience, he stated that citizens elected him to resolve a series of urgent conflicts and that, should he fail to do so, he should not seek a second term. 'That's called a first round.' The President also questioned the use of ballots in elections and denounced maneuvers. According to him, the 'strip system' is a key tool for the Casa Rosada to avoid setbacks and advance towards price stability. The President insisted that his main goal is to eradicate the rise in the cost of living. 'If I don't solve the problems, it would be fine if they don't renew my contract,' he admitted when assessing the scenario for 2027. Additionally, Milei again celebrated the results achieved by his space in the legislative elections and interpreted them as a sign of strength for the future. In this context, he stated: 'We have an enormous opportunity, we have left the 'kuka' risk behind.' President also praised the performance of his space in the country's largest electoral district. The October 26 election was impressive. If it had been a presidential election, the result would have been 41 to 24. Even so, we won,' he emphasized when reviewing the figures. 'We put money in the treasury and made an adjustment of 15 points of GDP,' he detailed. During a presentation at La Rural, Milei again defended the managed float scheme applied by his Government to regulate the exchange rate. 'Ghost lists were used to deceive people.'
