The Government and the Ministry of National Security are offering a reward for the capture of Maximiliano Ariel Liquitay. This man has been wanted nationally and internationally since January 2024 for the crime of money laundering.

It is reported that Liquitay is considered a co-author of the aggravated crime of money laundering. In an official letter dated December 19, 2025, the Regional Prosecutor's Office for NOA Narcocriminality, headed by Diego Iglesias, requested the Ministry of Security to offer a reward.

According to the Ministry, the reward of 5 million Argentine pesos is intended for persons who did not participate in the criminal activities but will provide useful information leading to the suspect's arrest.

The authorities also added that Liquitay's last known address is Avenida Colón 737 in the Alberdi neighborhood, Córdoba province.

«Those who have information can contact the National Rewards Program by telephone,» the statement said.
