The legal battle between the host Wanda Nara and the footballer Mauro Icardi continues with their daughters in the middle of the dispute. On this occasion, the Civil Court No. 85 determined that Wanda Nara must leave the minors in the care of the athlete for at least 15 days to avoid a fine of $80 million.
Five days ago, it had been ruled that Nara was in contempt for not returning the custody of Francesca and Isabella to Icardi, as they were awaiting a ruling on the custody of the girls. However, a deadline of three days was established for the girls to return to their father.
According to the order of the Civil Court 106, the girls must be restored to Mauro Icardi within a strict period of three days to compensate for the 15 days of vacation they could not share with him. Non-compliance could result in a fine of $80 million in favor of the Ricardo Gutiérrez General Children's Hospital.
Although Icardi is currently in Istanbul with his new partner Eugenia "La China" Suárez, a deadline of 72 hours is set for both the footballer and Wanda Nara to return to Argentina for the family reunion to take place.
Wanda Nara's lawyer, Nicolás Payarola, previously mentioned the attempts to bring the girls closer to their father that have been provided by Nara, such as on special occasions. However, it has been noted that Icardi needed to "review his schedule" to finalize the meetings.
Amid this dispute, the concern for the well-being of the minors and the need to comply with legal provisions has marked this new chapter in the troubled relationship between Wanda Nara and Mauro Icardi.
