The work includes damage assessment, care for affected animals, advice on post-fire management, and coordination with other local institutions and bodies. In this context, INTA has focused on veterinary assistance as part of these efforts, conducting health checks, treating injured animals, providing guidelines for livestock management in this situation, and protocols to prevent diseases associated with the loss of forage, water, and shelter. The work is carried out in contact with producers, local organizations, and authorities.
