According to Noticias Argentinas agency, a yellow alert remains in effect in areas of Buenos Aires, Entre Ríos, Santa Fe, Santiago del Estero, Córdoba, Mendoza, Neuquén, Río Negro, and Chubut. In some regions, the alert has been upgraded to an orange alert. They will be accompanied mainly by heavy rainfall in short periods, frequent electrical activity, occasional hail, and gusts of wind around 70 km/h. Accumulated precipitation values of between 50 and 70mm are expected, which may be exceeded in isolated areas. SMN Recommendations: Avoid going out. Do not take out the trash and clean drains and manholes. Unplug appliances and cut off the electricity supply if water enters. Close and stay away from doors and windows. Remove or secure objects that could be blown away by the wind. If you are outdoors, seek immediate shelter in a building, house, or closed vehicle.
