Buenos Aires, Dec 23 (NA) – Bianca, the 2-year-old girl who was run over by a patrol car in the Buenos Aires locality of Manuel Alberti, was discharged from the Federico Falcón Hospital in Del Viso. Gustavo Ruiz, one of the victim's uncles, spoke with the Argentine News Agency and stated that his niece has been at home since this Monday. 'Bianca is well, thank God,' clarified the minor's relative, who suffered serious injuries in the accident and had to undergo surgery for a skull fracture. A week after the incident, the names of the officers in the police vehicle that struck the victim on Anasagasti and Salta streets remain unknown. Gustavo indicated that 'everything is in the lawyer's hands' and reiterated that it is unknown if the officers submitted to an alcohol test. IP Witnesses denounced that the uniformed officer driving the patrol car 'was distracted by the cell phone'.
