In Salta province, a bricklayer was sentenced to three years of conditional prison for molesting a minor. According to information from the Public Prosecutor's Office (MPF) accessed by the Argentine News Agency, the 66-year-old man worked in the girl's home, touching her and violating her sexual integrity. The abuse occurred when the mother was away from home, and the perpetrator took advantage of this to assault the victim. The mother was informed by school authorities and filed the appropriate complaint. In this context, the Trial Court's I Chamber issued a guilty verdict, imposing a three-year conditional prison sentence and a series of behavioral rules that the attacker must respect for two years for the crime of simple sexual abuse as the author.
