The Ministry of Health of Buenos Aires Province has confirmed that all individuals affected by the major fire at the industrial park in Ezeiza are out of danger, and there are no longer any patients hospitalized. According to a detailed report from provincial Health Minister Nicolás Kreplak, "of the 8 patients admitted to the Eurnekian Hospital, 6 have had a favorable evolution and have been discharged, while the other two, who are stable and without complications, continue their care in their respective health coverage." Clinics and sanatoriums in the area reported 15 people with minor injuries from domestic situations caused by the blast wave. The Provincial Center for Toxicology's community assistance line received 45 calls related to the incident, all of which were for guidance consultations and did not require referral to the health system. Throughout the night and early morning, the Buenos Aires health system deployed more than 25 mobile units, and a shock room with mobile intensive care units remains on site to support firefighters. The official municipal statement indicated that 70 units and 380 firefighters are working at the scene, with the operation led by the Province of Buenos Aires, which expects firefighting efforts to continue for another 24 to 36 hours. Authorities also confirmed that no signs of chemical air contamination have been detected and no calls about poisoning symptoms have been received. The dense black cloud visible in the area is the result of tire combustion at the Larroca Minera plant. To facilitate the work of fire engines and emergency personnel, the Ezeiza-Cañuelas Highway will remain closed in both directions (from Ezeiza to Spegazzini) until further notice.
