While technical and emergency teams continue to work, the Environment Ministry detailed specific preventive measures: "Turn off air conditioners and fans that take in outside air". "Cover your nose and mouth with a damp cloth if you cannot take shelter immediately". The ministry also provided a contact number in case of poisoning symptoms. "Avoid circulating in the affected area and do not approach to take photos or videos". If you are in a public place, "move quickly in the opposite direction of the smoke". In case of "cough, burning eyes or throat, headache, or difficulty breathing", one should call the provincial toxicology center (0800-222-9911).
