Wanda Nara also commented that she filed a complaint against Icardi regarding this matter, but not jointly with her ex-husband Maxi López. In response to the accusations against her, the presenter stated: "I've always had good intentions until February 19, as I was not aware of the seriousness of the situation that arose in the school complaint of one of my children".

Additionally, Nara clarified why she decided to travel to Turkey amidst the complicated family situation: "I went to Turkey for an award. It was a great pride for me. I was invited with the tickets and the hotel stay. The lawyers are handling this matter. I will never deny what a minor has to say."
