An 18-year-old student assaulted a teacher at an evening school in the city of Córdoba and was subsequently arrested. The incident took place on Tuesday night at the Educational Center for Adult Secondary Education, located in the Acosta neighborhood, east of the provincial capital.
The violent act occurred while the teacher was giving a class, and as a result, the 56-year-old woman suffered injuries to her face. Despite this, she managed to reach a nearby hospital on her own, where she received medical attention. Fortunately, her health condition is not serious as she emerged unscathed.
The assailant, whose identity has already been established, managed to escape from the institution moments before the police arrived after being alerted by the school's administrators. Authorities are currently working to clarify the reasons that led the student to commit such an act of violence. It is essential to ensure safety in educational environments to prevent situations like these in the future.
