Buenos Aires, November 21 (NA) -- A 35-year-old man was shot dead during the early hours of this Friday in the city of Córdoba, and the Justice is investigating the incident after the victim's sister was also attacked with a gun a few days ago. According to information from various local media accessed by the Argentine News Agency, the victim was on Aviador Fortunato Valenti street at 1600 when he was shot dead by attackers who fled the scene. After the call to 911, the authorities transferred him in an emergency to the María Teresa de Calcuta Quick Response Hospital and later determined his transfer to the Urgencies Hospital, where his death was confirmed. The projectiles hit the victim in the head and legs. According to witnesses, the alleged perpetrators were in a Fiat Punto and fired several shots, while prosecutor Andrea Martín is handling the case. It has also emerged that the deceased's sister was a victim of a similar attack weeks ago, which is why investigators suspect a possible link to drug conflicts.
