Dalbón, for his part, accused the prosecutor of trying to intimidate him and defended his position as a complainant in the case, stating that he had not received formal requests for documentation and that the prosecutor had the authority to request it directly from the involved health entities.
In the message exchange, Taiano suggested that the case mentioned by Dalbón would progress faster if the lawyer provided documentation, to which Dalbón responded in harsh terms, questioning the transparency of the judicial process and pointing out the need for the prosecutor to fulfill his role.
Moments later, Dalbón confirmed that the prosecutor initiated the dialogue, criticizing the fact that a federal prosecutor was communicating with a lawyer via text messages. Furthermore, he mentioned that the alleged media campaign against him was ongoing and that Taiano had again involved his family in the discussion.
In the message exchange, both professionals expressed their views on the handling of the case and each one's responsibility in the judicial process. Despite their differences, Dalbón emphasized the importance of reminding Taiano and society of the need to advance in the case of a minor affected by the Argentine Federal Police, stressing the need to obtain justice in a timely manner.
