The Federal Oral Court 7 has started today the trial against actress and producer Andrea del Boca and former Federal Planning Minister Julio De Vido, accused of alleged crimes related to state funding and the signing of the contract for the telenovela "Mamá Corazón" in 2015.
The debate is being conducted via videoconference through the Zoom platform. Both Del Boca and De Vido, along with the other defendants, are connected, listening to the reading of the prosecutor's request for an elevation to trial.
The accusation in this case is led by prosecutor Fabiana León, representative before TOF7, based on the investigation of the case conducted by federal judge Sebastián Ramos and first instance prosecutor Gerardo Pollicita.
