Police officer and Elías Piccirillo are under investigation in a case that has brought Jésica Cirio, Piccirillo's partner, into the spotlight. According to Kablan, Piccirillo acknowledged his debt of 6 million dollars before a public notary. The couple had been previously accused, but now Piccirillo faces a complaint for creating a false case. Sebastián Casanello is the judge in charge of the investigation.
In January, a couple was arrested with drugs and a weapon in their truck after the police mistook them for a domestic violence case. Following a review of the case, it was discovered that the operation had been staged, and the couple was exonerated. Hauque played a key role in this process, attending a dinner at Palacio Duhau, which Cirio was originally expected to attend, as detailed by Pousa, the attorney for Piccirillo's creditor.
Carlos Pousa explained that, after the exoneration, a new investigation has begun in which Cirio has been involved in communications with her husband. Although Cirio did not attend the dinner in question, her presence was initially planned but was canceled due to alleged health problems. Additionally, there was a previous dinner where the debt was discussed and a dialogue was established between the couples.
Attorney Hauque assured that Cirio will be summoned to give testimonial evidence concerning the case. For now, there are no police officers detained in this case involving a total of 8 people, and the accusations point to Elías Piccirillo as responsible for the unpaid debt of 6 million dollars.
