Morena Rial, daughter of the renowned Argentine host Jorge Rial, decided to use her social networks to disseminate a strong statement issued by her lawyer, Alejandro Cipolla. In this statement, it was specified that Morena will not grant interviews regarding the legal case involving her until the relevant judicial requests are resolved.
In a story on her Instagram profile, the lawyer expressed that it is vital not to offer statements so as not to obstruct the evidentiary measures and thereby allow the truth to be reached in the ongoing legal process.
Currently, Morena Rial is being held in a police station after being transported in a police car, as the Justice rejected her request for release. According to her lawyer, the influencer has injuries on her wrists, which is why she refrained from making a statement, requesting that she be properly cared for in the police facility.
Alejandro Cipolla reported that his client was handcuffed violently, worsening a previous injury, and that the prosecutor in charge of the case refused to document these injuries in the report to prevent Morena from receiving timely medical attention. The lawyer expressed his concern for the conditions in which Morena is, noting that she has slept on the floor and is not physically well, experiencing pain and health discomfort. In this sense, he requested that the fundamental rights of the young woman be respected in this vulnerable situation.
