Argentinian Citizen to be Released from Hamas

The Argentine ambassador to Israel, Axel Wahnish, has communicated his contact with the family of Argentine citizen Yarden Bibas, who will be released by Hamas. According to Wahnish's statements, the situation of Bibas' wife, Shiri Silberman, and their two children, Kfir and Ariel, who were also kidnapped in the attack carried out by the terrorist organization against Israel on October 7, 2023, is expected to be clarified.

In the words of the Argentine ambassador, 'Yarden Bibas, a citizen of Argentina, is on the list of the next 3 released by Hamas.' He also mentioned that the Argentine government, led by Jmilei, is in constant communication with both the families of the kidnapped Argentines and the Israeli authorities, accompanying the release process. Furthermore, he expressed his concern about the silence of certain leaders of the free world in the face of Hamas and terrorism, in contrast to the firm stance of his own president.

Wahnish emphasized the ongoing attention being given to the release operation, with the hope that all the kidnapped individuals return home safely. Yarden Bibas will be the first Argentine to regain his freedom in this phase of the ceasefire, where the releases of Shiri Silberman, Ariel and Kfir Bibas, as well as Iar Horne, are also planned. In addition to Bibas, tomorrow Ofer Calderón, 54, who was kidnapped in the kibbutz Nir Oz, and Keith Siegel, 65, who was taken hostage in Kfar Aza along with his wife Aviva, will be released, having been freed in the first ceasefire in November 2023.
