"The social health system is broken," Morales claimed, explaining that this forces military personnel to use the public health system even for cases previously covered by the military network. He also highlighted disparities in healthcare access across different regions, noting that while Buenos Aires has military hospitals, areas like Mar del Plata lack adequate care. "Private providers said, 'Don't come back anymore,'" he denounced, pointing out the absence of a military hospital in certain regions.
