The Central Bank of the Republic Argentina (BCRA) concluded the week with another currency purchase, increasing the total amount of dollars acquired to US$3.003 billion, which is over 30% of the annual target of US$10 billion. The country's reserves have exceeded US$46 billion.

The Central Bank of the Republic Argentina (BCRA) concluded the week with another dollar purchase, surpassing 30% of its annual target. Since the beginning of the year, the BCRA has acquired over US$3 billion in foreign currency. In March, the central bank bought US$291 million, including US$40 million on the last day of the reporting week. Thanks to these operations, the country's international reserves have exceeded US$46 billion. BCRA President Santiago Bausili noted that his administration has purchased more dollars than any other, despite the payment of maturities.
