The company Allaria announced its entry into the share capital of Banco del Sol, part of the Sancor Seguros Group. This action marks the beginning of a strategic alliance between both groups with the purpose of offering a "new comprehensive proposal" of services and financial products to companies across the country.
Through Allaria Créditos S.A., Allaria and Argenpymes will contribute to Banco del Sol's platform with a wide variety of instruments and services designed to optimize capital management and facilitate access to financing for businesses, as announced by both groups.
Together, they emphasized that with Allaria's incorporation, Banco del Sol will strengthen its financial services offering by acquiring Allaria's capabilities as the leading Alyc in the country, its virtual wallet Allaria +, as well as its experience and knowledge in areas such as Reciprocal Guarantee Societies (SGR), agribusiness, and real estate, among others.
"Adding the strength and experience of Allaria will allow us to complete a comprehensive proposal of financial services and products for our current clients, as well as for the new ones we will be adding, and strongly advance our strategy to be a key and close partner for the growth of companies throughout the country," commented Alejandro Simón, CEO of Sancor Seguros.
Juan Politi, vice president of Allaria and president of Argenpymes, expressed that the alliance will make Banco del Sol a more powerful and innovative platform, concentrating in one place all the financial services and capital market instruments needed to enhance business management.
"The goal is to be a reference point for SMEs across the country, leveraging the vast territorial presence of Sancor Seguros and offering a comprehensive value proposal that we believe will be unique in our market," said Politi.
