The Government has announced that an additional payment will be made as a reinforcement to complement the amount of the Annual School Aid, a benefit granted once a year to families of students at the initial, primary, and secondary levels. This one-time payment can reach up to $85,000 and has been made official by Decree 63/2025 published in the Official Bulletin, available for application until March 31.
According to the established regulations, the amount of the Annual School Aid Assignment will be updated applying the mobility formula provided by the corresponding law, and the value of the Family Assignment for Annual School Aid will be updated by mobility only once a year, at the time of its "mass payment." The reinforcement will be equivalent to the difference between $85,000 and the determined value of the Annual School Aid Assignment.
Families eligible to apply for the 2025 Annual School Aid are those receiving a Family or Universal Assignment, having children between 45 days and 18 years old attending school, whether at the initial, primary, or secondary level, and whose family income does not exceed the limit set by ANSES, currently $3,917,492. It is also necessary to meet requirements such as the schooling of the children and the employment situation of the parents.
To apply for the aid, the school certificate must be submitted through the Mi Anses application or on the agency's website. This involves following several steps, including obtaining the form for each child, completing it, printing it, taking it to the school institution for signature, and finally uploading it in Mi Anses to formalize the request.
