Buenos Aires, November 24 (NA) – A 34-year-old man was detained for violating a restraining order he has with his ex-wife by attending a kindergarten in the Chubut city of Trelew.
According to information from local media accessed by the Argentine News Agency, the incident occurred over the weekend when the individual attended a school event at Kindergarten No. 479, located on April 2nd Street.
Police received a 911 alert because the accused had allegedly caused disturbances at the educational establishment, prompting officers to go to the scene and confirm the individual's presence.
The man stated that he was there to see his son at the event, but he was arrested and taken to the police station.
A control hearing is expected to be held in the coming hours to determine the detainee's situation.
