He was urgently taken to the San Bernardo hospital, where he died on October 22, 2024, from a severe firearm-induced cranioencephalic trauma, according to the autopsy report. Tiago Benjamín Sare Resina, Fausto Ulises Cañizares, and Juan Manuel González are accused of triple-aggravated homicide due to the use of a firearm, the participation of a minor, and the occurrence during a sporting event. Ariel Rolando Cruz is being tried as a necessary participant in the crime of threats with a firearm, while Jalil Nicolás Sare Resina is accused of illegal possession of a war firearm. The minor will also face trial as a co-author of the double-aggravated homicide.
