The motorist tried to escape, but police managed to locate him and carry out his arrest. The result of the breathalyzer test was positive. During the hearing, he refused to answer questions from the Prosecutor's Office. The head of the 4th Criminal Prosecutor's Office, Facundo Ruiz de los Llanos, charged him with the crime of minor injuries.
