Prosecutor Norberto Ríos communicated the tragic news at 3:30 in the morning: the body of Pablo Ovando was found in an area close to where his son Agustín had been discovered on Friday afternoon. Both were found several kilometers downriver from the location where the family yacht was located, anchored with the keys in it. After finding the child, the search operation focused on that area with the hope of also finding the father, who was additionally a jet ski pilot and organizer of sporting events.

The community of Reconquista is shocked and saddened by the loss of Pablo and Agustín, bidding them farewell with sorrow and affection. Prosecutor Ríos mentioned that medical examinations will be carried out on the bodies to gather any relevant data for the investigation, although no autopsy will be performed due to the lack of indications of a criminal act.

Pablo Ovando, 44 years old, was a well-recognized and appreciated figure in the fishing tourism sector in the region. Founder of Pirayú Excursiones, he dedicated his life to promoting the Jaaukanigás site as a tourist destination. In the early hours of Saturday, the discovery of Pablo Ovando's body was confirmed, who had been missing since Tuesday along with his son Agustín, who was only four years old, in the waters of the Paraná River.

After intense rescue efforts by rescuers, fishing guides, family members, friends, and security forces, the two bodies were located, although with a tragic outcome. With the location of both bodies, the search operation in the area was concluded.
