The incident occurred this Monday afternoon when it was reported that the minor, Bastian Jerez, suffered serious injuries after the off-road vehicle he was in with his parents collided with a pickup truck in the Pinamar dunes area.

As a result of the crash, the boy had to receive resuscitation maneuvers at the scene until he was transferred to the Municipal Hospital, where he is currently hospitalized in serious condition and will undergo surgery again.

According to information accessed by the Argentine News Agency, the minor was admitted to the hospital unconscious, with an abdominal hemorrhage and a liver injury.

On Tuesday, his grandmother used social media to ask for a chain of prayers due to the new surgery the little one has to go through: "Let us all pray together. Let us make our prayer so strong that we may be granted the miracle".

Although details of the accident are still unknown, it was learned that there were two adults and three children in the vehicle, and when they ascended the dune, they collided head-on with a Volkswagen Amarok pickup truck.
