The National Road Safety Agency (ANSV) conducted operations in Pinamar, in the La Frontera area and access roads to the city, where it managed to control nearly 14,000 vehicles and detect over 200 irresponsible drivers. Through oversight tasks, the ANSV detected in Pinamar positive alcohol tests, lack of documentation, and vehicles without or with falsified license plates after carrying out, to date, 13,800 checks and issuing 207 fines. Authorities explained that during these controls, carried out in coordination with the Province of Buenos Aires and the Municipality of Pinamar, 'all types of vehicles are inspected and include verification of documentation, traffic conditions, and alcohol tests for drivers'. Amid a scenario of alert and anger over the chaos in the La Olla area, it was indicated that driving recklessly or irresponsibly 'creates a concrete and immediate risk and the consequences can be serious', which is why they decided to carry out these procedures.
