Buenos Aires, January 13 (NA) – There have been new developments in the case of Cynthia Romina Landi's murder, the woman who was killed after being caught in the crossfire between parking lot attendants and people leaving a nightclub in Mendoza province. Authorities reported that there are three fugitives and that the charges against the detainees have been modified. Homicide Prosecutor Claudia Ríos announced on Tuesday that the charges for the three Mendoza Police officers implicated in Landi's murder (two women and one man) have been changed to aggravated cover-up. In the document obtained by the Argentine News Agency, it is highlighted that this new charge was determined after it was proven that they collaborated in evading the work of Justice and did not report the homicide. In the case of the police officers, it was ordered that they can regain their freedom only by paying a bail of 15 million pesos. Regarding Lautaro Stagnoli, a bus driver who was a fugitive and turned himself in a few days ago, he was accused of being a co-author of the aggravated homicide crime. Meanwhile, it was announced that there are three more accused individuals at large in the investigation, who were traveling in a Chevrolet Corsa car. Of these three people, two are currently unidentified (N.N.), with the driver identified as Benjamin Alanís.
