The leader of Generación Zoe, Leonardo Cositorto, claims he was not allowed to pay U$S200,000. Cositorto also refers to the cryptocurrency $Libra promoted by President Javier Milei, expressing doubts about the leader's honesty and criticizing his inner circle.

Judge Carbajal details the events and travels of the organization in the town of Goya, confirming the existence of an illicit association for fraudulent purposes. Cositorto points out that the case will start in Rosario at the end of May and comments that the sentencing is approaching, showing concern about the possibility of being imprisoned.

The businessman denies having defrauded anyone or being part of an illicit association. He criticizes an alleged trip to Dubai linked to the illicit organization in Goya, calling the situation ridiculous. Cositorto mentions the imminent end of his preventive detention by April 4 and hopes for his release if the conviction is not final.

Cositorto reports the blocking of bank accounts, the confiscation of bitcoins and cryptocurrencies, the seizure of businesses and vehicles. The Goya Court will issue the sentence against Cositorto and other accomplices tomorrow, declared guilty of illicit association and fraud in Corrientes. The conviction will be announced at 8:30, and the leader of the organization expects to hear the verdict, mentioning that the minimum sentence is five years.
