President Javier Milei stated this afternoon that “the conditions are in place for Argentina to enter a new golden age, let's leave behind barbaric populism and become the world's leading power again.”From the province of Corrientes, the head of state expressed optimism about Argentina's integration into the world, citing the “demand for energy and food.”Milei initially referred to the electoral victory of La Libertad Avanza (LLA) in October, stating, “We won 41 to 24 against Kirchnerism and are closing the populist night.”“We will validate it with facts by being the most reformist government in Argentine history,” he insisted.Later, the president defended the labor reform, warning that “when 50 percent of Argentines are in the informal sector” of the labor market, “no one can say that rights are being lost.”“No one from the 'insiders' loses rights, and those in the informal market have no rights, so we must not be intimidated by these liars and scammers,” Milei expressed from Corrientes.
