Buenos Aires, March 30 (NA) — Influencer Morena Rial is facing new legal troubles and could receive up to 12 years in actual prison time if she is found guilty of the crimes she is being investigated for in Córdoba.

According to the Argentine News Agency, this case is linked to her ex-partner and the father of her first child, Facundo Ambrosioni. The influencer was accused of stealing at least 7 Apple mobile devices from a cell phone store owned by Ambrosioni's brother.

"She was accused of theft because she was seen entering the store that he (Ambrosioni) owns and taking seven cell phones. The time for justice has come, and as a final reflection, something concerning: her familiarity with the crime," the judge concluded.

Additionally, she stated that she would send to kill her ex-partner 'with some black friends' of hers, that she was going to break his car, burn it, and that her father (Jorge Rial) is powerful and that she was going to expose him everywhere. It is recorded, it is filmed, and it is also recognized by her in some conversations," reported Pablo Layus on Infama (América).

"Then there was one for threatening the father of Facundo, telling him 'with my friends we are going to kill you, all of you, no one is going to be left alive if you report us', that is a WhatsApp audio that was also recorded with her voice and everything confirmed that it was from her phone," he specified.

According to the journalist, the Tribunal decided to unite the three cases into one: "And the third was when, with her friends, she intercepted a boy who was an ex of one of her friends; they vandalized his car and stole the license plate. Justice joined the three cases and now elevates them to trial".

If found guilty, Morena could face a sentence of 10 years, but if she pleads guilty, the sentence could be reduced to 3 years: "But the problem she has now is that they are going to come looking for her here to go to Córdoba," added Layus.

Carlos Navi, lawyer for Ambrosioni, passed two audios to Infama that detail the cause facing Morena Rial: "The Superior Court of Justice of Córdoba, through the criminal chamber, the highest court, unanimously decided to reject the motion filed by Morena Rial, her last desperate effort to avoid an oral and public trial for serious facts attributed to her: theft, threats, coercion, and when we talk about theft, it is repeated theft".

"She warned the father of one of the victims that if they dared to report her, no one would be left standing, not even her son would be left alive," he declared.
