In the city of Cipolletti, Río Negro province, a man has been charged with committing obscene acts in front of a businesswoman. The suspect entered a business located in the northwest area of that city and allegedly lowered his pants to touch his genitals in the presence of the victim, who was with her daughter, according to the local Public Prosecutor's Office (MPF). At that moment, the young woman screamed for help, and the suspect fled after committing the harassment, but was intercepted a few meters away. During the accusatory hearing, the prosecutor filed charges against the individual for obscene exhibitions, and the Guarantees judge approved the request, while the defender did not criticize the case's caption. Additionally, the magistrate established a perimeter restriction of no less than 500 meters, meaning the accused will have to leave the neighborhood and must report to a police station once a week.
