According to a study conducted by the consulting firms GOP and Trespuntozero, the approval of the Government's management experienced a significant change in the last month. Compared to the previous month, where the relationship was +44.9% against -53.4%, it has now improved to +27.9% against -71.4% in September. This indicates a positive trend for the Government in terms of management approval, perception of the current situation, and future expectations.
Despite this improvement, the perception of the current economic situation remains critical, with 33.1% positive opinions ('good' + 'very good') against 66.1% negative opinions ('bad' + 'very bad'). However, future expectations have improved, with 47.3% positive responses about the economy within a year, in contrast to 48.2% negative responses.
Regarding political identification, in October, Javier Milei's party (LLA) led with 31.1%, followed by UniĆ³n por la Patria of Cristina Kirchner and Axel Kicillof. This change reflects an increasing polarization between libertarians and followers of Kirchnerism in the Argentine political arena.
The study also revealed that the survey included 1,990 cases across the country and was conducted between October 28 and November 1, with a margin of error of +/- 2.2%. Additionally, it asked respondents about their affinity with different political spaces, showing a positive change for the Government in this regard.
In summary, the latest survey by the consulting firms GOP and Trespuntozero reflects a rebound in management approval and future expectations for both the Government and Javier Milei, indicating a possible influence in the upcoming legislative elections.
