President Javier Milei renewed his criticisms toward Aerolíneas Argentinas, suggesting that the company should be closed to avoid deficits or privatized, arguing that it should not remain under government control. In statements to Radio Rivadavia, Milei pointed out that airline workers enjoy privileges that need to be reviewed.
Milei also addressed other issues such as inflation and insecurity, highlighting that upon taking office, those were the main problems in the country, but they have significantly decreased during his administration. The president stated that the achievements of his administration have contributed to that decline.
"If an activity is subsidized, like in the case of Aerolíneas, where does that money go? Does it translate into better quality or lower prices?" questioned Milei.
