
Two thieves were arrested after breaking the glass of the front door of a building in an alleged robbery attempt in the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Villa Urquiza. During the incident, a third suspect who was driving a car shot at a City Police officer.
Police sources reported that the Neighborhood Police Station 12 C responded to Ángel Pacheco Street at 2100 after receiving reports about the presence of criminals in the property. The third suspect, who was driving a white Peugeot 208, fired shots at a police officer present at the scene.
Authorities conducted an inspection in the area and managed to capture two of the criminals on Blanco Encalada at 4800, where a firearm and the vehicle the criminals were using were also seized. Meanwhile, an ambulance from SAME attended to the building manager for minor injuries, as he confronted one of the thieves to prevent the crime.
