Today, presidential spokesperson Manuel Adorni announced the dissolution of the Federal Administration of Public Revenues (AFIP). In its place, an agency with a simplified structure will be established, as confirmed by the official.
The decision aims at a reorganization and optimization of resources to improve efficiency in public revenue management. Adorni mentioned that greater agility and transparency in processes are sought, with the goal of facilitating taxpayer compliance with tax obligations.
"This measure is part of the modernization plan of the State that the current government is implementing," declared Adorni. The creation of the new agency will follow a detailed transition process to ensure effective and smooth implementation.
More details about the specific changes that will be carried out and how they will affect citizens and businesses in their tax procedures are expected to be provided in the coming days.
