A 53-year-old woman was shot dead in the abdomen at her home in the Beccar area, in the municipality of San Isidro, in a settling of accounts involving the killer and the victim's son. According to police sources to Noticias Argentinas agency, the murdered woman was identified as Cecilia Andrea Iraola, while a detainee is accused as the mastermind, identified as Gustavo Arroyo. On the other hand, a fugitive identified as Pablo Ragni, owner of the motorcycle used in the homicide, was identified. Arroyo, who was arrested during a raid at his home in the Loma Verde neighborhood of Escobar, was demanding the victim's son to return $10,000 for the purchase of a BMW car that had malfunctions. With the help of a neighbor, they entered the house where they found Iraola, who was dedicated to the sale of high-end jewelry and watches, lying in the dining room and with a gunshot in her belly, already dead, as confirmed by a doctor. Security cameras showed the passage of a motorcycle near 6 p.m. with a man who shot several times at the house. In the raid where Arroyo was arrested, the police seized cell phones and other elements of interest in the case. The accused, when the Departmental Support Group (GAD) entered his home, cut off the electronic ankle bracelet he was wearing. In the victim's house, four impacts were found on the entrance door and another three on a window.
