Return of National Sovereignty: Argentina Restores Military Justice

Military justice is not a privilege; it is a technical necessity. San Martín did not found an NGO; he founded an Army to create a Nation. The appointment of career military personnel to decision-making positions in Defense is the technical correction of a distortion that put psychologists, sociologists, and activists in charge of tanks, frigates, and aircraft that they despised.
