According to local media reports, the fugitive had reportedly gone to Paso de los Libres for the end-of-year parties after traveling to Córdoba, while the search operation was reactivated this week after he was seen in the Juan Pujol area. Additionally, Gómez traveled in a truck to kilometer 370 of National Route No. 14 until the driver stopped the march at a police roadblock due to the rollover of another vehicle, he got out and the accused fled again to enter the forest. The accused was denounced for a supposed sexual abuse against a teenager, daughter of his then-partner, while he was also accused of exerting gender-based violence against his ex-wife. The implicated, who had an international arrest warrant against him, was made available to the intervening magistrate and will be tried for the charges against him.
