The expansion of equipment is complemented by territorial actions related to traffic, regulation of common areas, and support for community events, under a prevention and proximity scheme. The Municipality also highlighted the role of coordination with security forces and other local actors to improve the coverage and effectiveness of the surveillance scheme. In line with this, they emphasized that the ultimate goal is to generate more daily peace of mind, with tools that allow for faster intervention and to provide evidence in criminal cases. The municipality reported that it will continue to strengthen its prevention and communication devices in emergencies.
