From Convicción Federal, they emphasized that the absolute priority is "the protection of provincial autonomies and the resources of the provinces, in the current context of adjustment." They have been marking this with concrete legislative projects to "federalize the Central Bank, the laws on ATN and the Fuel Tax, and the one that modifies the collection of ARCA so that funds are distributed respecting Federal Coparticipation."
