The Minister of Security, Patricia Bullrich, filed a criminal complaint against Rodolfo Aguiar, the General Secretary of the Association of State Workers (ATE), for alleged public threats against the constitutional order. Bullrich stated that Aguiar is a 'destabilizer and a golpist' (putschist). This action came after Aguiar, in an interview regarding the upcoming labor reform bill, said: 'I want to say this with total sincerity... My job, our job, is to provoke the crisis of this government.' In response to the complaint filed on Bullrich's orders, Aguiar stated that the minister 'is seeing her own ghosts that haunt her.' He added: 'the one who attacks the Constitution and the Rule of Law every day is this government.' Aguiar also cited the 'anti-mobilization protocol and repression every Wednesday' as a clear example, stating that 'it seems Bullrich doesn't have enough police, weapons, batons, tear gas, and now she also needs the Justice system to persecute those who think differently.'
