The Minister of Government of the province of Buenos Aires, Carlos Bianco, has formally requested a meeting with the newly appointed Minister of the Interior, Diego Santilli, to demand the return of funds that he claims the government of President Javier Milei owes to his district.
Along the same lines, he also stated that he intends to discuss during the meeting the 1,000 works that the National Government has abandoned in the province and which should be "resumed".
"Today I formally requested a meeting with Minister Diego Santilli to demand the return of the funds that the national government took away from the people of Buenos Aires and to resume the execution of the 1000 works they left abandoned in the province of Buenos Aires," the Buenos Aires official informed on his social networks.
Along with that post, he attached an image of the request for an audience presented to the head of the Ministry of the Interior, which explicitly states the need to hold a meeting to discuss "issues related to the pending debts of the National State with the province of Buenos Aires" and "the situation of the works that remain paralyzed" in the territory.
"These issues are central to the development and well-being of the people of Buenos Aires, which is why we consider it essential to be able to have a direct exchange that allows us to analyze their current status and accurately know the prospects for resolution," Bianco concluded in the document.
