On Thursday, November 6th, it was the turn of the plaintiff's side, which followed the same line as the prosecution and requested a 12-year prison sentence for them as secondary participants in the qualified homicide of treachery, cruelty, for criminal gain, by the premeditated agreement of two or more people and femicide. Regarding the defense of the accused, the lawyer stated the innocence of his clients before the tribunal and requested an acquittal. In this case, Javier Nicolás Saavedra was also accused of being the author of the crime, but he was found dead in his cell the day before the trial began.
