Vice President Victoria Villarruel responded to messages she received from voters of La Libertad Avanza (LLA), who called her a "traitor" after she posted a photo on her social media with Shea Bradley Farrell, head of the American Counterpoint Institute for Policy, Research and Education.
"I don't steal, I work a lot and responsibly," she stated.
For several minutes, she took the time to respond to some posts from users who support President Javier Milei's administration and consider that her appointment as vice president "was a disappointment."
"The important thing is that citizens know that I don't steal, I work a lot and responsibly and that I have not committed any betrayal. You think one has to be servile, but I am not," argued the official.
Furthermore, to emphasize her distance from the executive branch's leadership, she stated that to understand it, "it's enough to see the full lists of Peronists" who ran in the last legislative elections and added: "They are not prepared for this conversation."
To conclude, several Mileist users asked her "why she didn't dedicate herself to something else" instead of continuing her duties as vice president, and she responded: "Because I am very good and decent at this, and that is a condition in extinction."
