Media entrepreneur (Telefe) Gustavo Scaglione denied on Tuesday any involvement in the complaint filed by Juana Tinelli, who claimed to have received a threatening call in which he was allegedly mentioned in connection with a supposed debt of her father, Marcelo Tinelli.
Scaglione firmly rejected any participation in the incident that attempts to implicate him and deemed any speculation on the matter as «unfounded and absurd». «The alleged conduct or situation in which I am being tried to be involved cannot be further from my principles and my proven way of acting,» the entrepreneur stated in a public communication, where he emphasized his low profile and his career in the business field.
Scaglione vs. Tinelli Regarding business ties with the host and entrepreneur Marcelo Tinelli, Scaglione confirmed that he is a plaintiff in two executive lawsuits in which Tinelli is the defendant. «In one of them, in which the defendants had the opportunity to exercise their rights, a condemnatory sentence has been issued, which is final and consented, with the sheet of what is owed by Tinelli approved and in the stage of forced execution of the seized assets,» he detailed. Regarding the second proceeding, he specified that «precautionary measures have been taken, the defendants are notified, and the process continues with the usual stages». Finally, he emphasized that «any speculation on this matter is unfounded and absurd,» and assured that his actions are limited exclusively to the judicial sphere.
