However, due to the tie, the committee's president, Alberto 'Bertie' Benegas Lynch, holds a double vote. 'Federal Encounter' (Encuentro Federal), led by Miguel Pichetto, presented its own opinion with six signatures, while the left presented another in absolute rejection of the official initiative.
