His father, Miguel Ángel Prosi, sharply criticized the artist's new lawyer, Agustín Rodríguez, in an interview with Juan Etchegoyen on Mitre Live. Prosi accused him of seeking media attention and not handling the situation with the necessary prudence. "I considered him a good lawyer, but no, he started throwing out figures, and I told my son he needed someone who isn't media-driven, and that's how all this started," the musician's father stated. He explained that his main disagreement is with the lawyer's public exposure: "I told my son not to go out and talk, but he chose his own path. Today I talk more to Maxi El Brother than to my own son because I want there to be an agreement. He is totally out of touch with reality. Taking everything to court is not advisable because it takes too long." Finally, Prosi shed light on the contracts that continue to cause conflict between his son and his former team: "There are contracts to fulfill and a lot of money at stake. We were going to have a meeting between the three of us (him, Elian, and Maxi El Brother), but my son backed out and canceled it. The best lawyers are not the media-hungry ones," he said bluntly.
