The National Court in Criminal and Correctional Matters No. 53, under the supervision of Dr. Caballeri, decided not to adopt the flagrance in the case of a 36-year-old man of Bolivian nationality who attempted to bribe the police during a police check in the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Liniers.

The incident occurred when the City Police stopped a vehicle with an obstructed license plate. When trying to bribe the officers to let him pass, it was discovered that the plate was tampered with and the driver had an expired license. Upon offering money for his release, the man was arrested, and his car was searched, finding more than one million pesos, a Bolivian ID in someone else's name, and a vehicle registration not corresponding to the vehicle.

The National Prosecutor's Office in Criminal and Correctional Matters No. 53, led by Dr. Dilello, requested that investigations for "investigation of illicit" be initiated and that the individual be arrested. Additionally, it was ordered to inform the Bolivian Consulate, Migration, and Interpol to seize the vehicle, documentation, and license plate, sending the latter to scopometry for verification.

The accused along with the confiscated items were transferred to Neighborhood Police Station 9 B. Galleti under the supervision of Secretary No. 15Ñ of Dr. Toso.
