Menem also mentioned the lack of support from Kirchnerism in legislative projects and referred to the incident during the opening of ordinary sessions when Facundo Manes interrupted the president with a copy of the Constitution.
The former president described Kicillof's economic management as a failure and emphasized the issue of YPF. Subsequently, he referred to recent cases of crime involving minors in the province of Buenos Aires, stating that the Government plans to present a project to modify criminal legislation.
Martín Menem, president of the Chamber of Deputies, downplayed the altercation between Facundo Manes and Santiago Caputo during the Legislative Assembly and emphasized the need to act quickly.
